We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data, financial information, or health data. We do not retain any documents or records belonging to a household — those remain with the household after each session.

Contact and scheduling data is retained for twelve months after the last interaction. Programme records used for internal quality review are retained for two years and then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time. Data collected via analytics cookies is retained in anonymised form for up to 24 months.

• All digital data held on password-protected systems with restricted access
• Facilitators sign confidentiality agreements before access to any household-related data
